We own and manage holiday homes in St Ives, Falmouth and Suffolk, we manage Veil House in Camden on behalf of its owner, and we have been welcoming guests to Cornwall for over 25 years. Bookings & guest care
We handle enquiries, bookings, payments and guest messages from first contact to departure, with clear house information and quick replies, the approach that has earned our own homes Superhost status.
Property management
Changeovers, cleaning, linen, inspections and day-to-day maintenance, working with trusted local cleaners and tradespeople so your home is presented beautifully for every arrival.
Marketing
Great photography, well-written listings on Airbnb and other channels, plus a place on our own direct-booking website, so your home reaches the right guests all year round.
Gardens, outdoor spaces & presentation
Through our sister business Gardenline we can look after gardens, terraces and outdoor areas, and we can advise on furnishing, layout and the small touches, like a welcome pack, that guests remember.

What we look for
We work with a small number of homes so each one gets proper attention. We're especially interested in homes in and around St Ives and Falmouth, though we're happy to talk about properties elsewhere in Cornwall and beyond.
