“Spent a week in this lovely apartment with my husband and two teenage daughters. The apartment was really spacious, clean and very modern with everything we needed. It is an incredible location too - just a short walk (8-10 mins) from the town and a few minutes from Porthminster beach. The views from the apartment were stunning, especially from the top floor balcony. We were blessed with lovely weather too. Chris answered any questions almost instantly- so helpful! We would love to return!”
“We had a lovely stay at this apartment. Fantastic location next to the beach and just a short walk into Falmouth. The view from the balcony was absolutely superb. There was a co op conveniently located below the apartment and a decent bar/restaurant just over the road overlooking the beach. Cannot fault the apartment as everything was as per the photos and the beds were really comfortable. Great place to stay and thanks for having us.”
“The apartment is very spacious with plenty of space to relax, eat and drink plus a great outdoor space and view. The kitchen has everything you need, it was lovely to find a quality kettle and toaster. The wardrobes were roomy with plenty of hangers. The welcome biscuits were gorgeous! Also really nice to have recycling available in the bin store. Would definitely recommend and book this place again.”
“We have just returned after a week at Pine Cottage, great location for travelling to Lowestoft and Gt.Yarmouth. The house has everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were nice with clean bedding and the towels were clean too. The house was presented nicely and cleaned to a high standard. The garden is very nice and actually bigger than the photos suggest. Overall id definitely recommend staying here, Chris was great too, he responded quickly both of the times i asked something. Thanks!”

The Marino family, owners of Cornish Coastal Holiday Homes
The properties we market are owned by the Marino family, through our company Blue Square Property Holdings Ltd, unless otherwise stated. We manage each home ourselves, so when you book direct you deal with the owners, not an agency.
We bring care and attention to detail to every booking: clear written terms, prompt replies and no surprises. We fell in love with Cornwall over 25 years ago and have been welcoming guests to the coast ever since.
We genuinely enjoy what we do. Our aim is simple: spotless, well-equipped homes, a warm welcome and a stay you will want to repeat.

Bank transfer or card. Prices on this site are the full price for the week, with no booking or service fees. No security deposit is taken.
The £500 deposit is non-refundable. If you cancel more than 8 weeks before arrival, anything paid above the deposit is refunded. Within 8 weeks, no refund is due unless we rebook the week. We recommend travel insurance.
Saturday to Saturday unless agreed. Please respect the maximum number of guests for each home, and no parties or events. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay.

When you book direct there are no Airbnb service fees and we don't pay Airbnb commission, so we pass the saving on. Every week on this site is at least 10% less than the Airbnb price, and special offers can be even lower.
Your week is held straight away. We contact you within 24 hours to confirm the details, then send a written booking confirmation. You don't pay anything until you've had it.
A £500 deposit secures your dates, then the balance is due 8 weeks before arrival. If you book within 8 weeks of arrival, you pay in full when you book. You can pay by bank transfer or card, with no booking fees, no card fees and no security deposit.

Fresh linen, towels and professional cleaning are included in every stay. Our three Cornish homes, Amelia's Point, Sebastian's View and Ocean View, also have a welcome pack.
Dogs are welcome at Ocean View Apartment in St Ives, and one small dog is welcome at Pine Cottage in Suffolk, which has a large fenced garden. Our other homes don't take pets.
Amelia's Point, Ocean View and Pine Cottage have free parking on site, and Sebastian's View has a carport on site. Veil House is in central Camden with excellent public transport, so please ask us before bringing a car.
Check-in is from 4pm at our Cornish and Suffolk homes and 3pm to 5pm at Veil House. Checkout is by 10am, or 9am at Veil House. The full times for each home are in the table above.
Most stays are Saturday to Saturday. Outside the school holidays we can often arrange shorter stays or other start days. Message us and we'll check.
Yes. If you've stayed with us before, you get 5% off our direct price. Tick the box on the booking form and we'll apply it when we confirm.
